Freshman 44 Fall Training Academy

Freshman 44 : Tuesday nights from 6:00-7:30 October 13, 20, 27 at Cedar Lane Park in Columbia, Maryland.

Ascension Lacrosse Maryland is excited to announce the upcoming Freshman 44 Fall Training Academy. This limited enrollment event will focus exclusively on the class of 2024. Roster breakdown will be 12 attack, 12 midfielders, 12 defenseman/LSM, 4 goalies, and 4 Faceoff Athletes.  

• Three high tempo 90 minute Ascension Training sessions featuring our “3T training progression” pedagogy focusing on the Technical, Tactical, and Team situational aspects of the game.

• Final night will feature a game between two 22 man rosters featuring NCAA rules.
• The class of 2024 wants to make an immediate impact on their high school varsity roster and Ascension’s experienced coaching staff will test players through varsity lacrosse level practice simulation.
