Team Registration $2250 per team – preferred payment is by credit card at the time of registration.  Team check will also be accepted.

Roster

• Sixes – 5 field players and a goalie
• The roster is unlimited, all players must register online and sign waiver.
• Each team will provide their own reversible, must all be the same color.
